Delete local data
Nookspan keeps your saved rental data on your device, where you remain in control of it.
Clear saved listings
Open Nookspan’s saved groups and use “Remove group” to delete a group and its locally saved listings and favorites. Removing the extension deletes all of its local data in that browser profile, including pass activation information. Before reinstalling, save a private pass recovery file from the extension popup if you want to restore a paid pass. You can delete that file separately.
No server deletion request is needed
Nookspan does not upload your saved listings, favorites, browsing activity, or Facebook data to a Nookspan database. There is therefore no remote housing-search profile to delete.
Payment records
Deleting local data does not refund a payment or delete transaction records held by Stripe. For payment questions, use the merchant contact information in your Stripe receipt.
